Delivery time depends on location. Within the UK it can take up to 10 business days. You can see more about delivery times here.

Apologies, but I'm not currently dispatching overseas due to the changing restrictions and regulations. I hope to reopen overseas shipping soon. If you would like, you can message me and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

All orders are shipped as tracked, and a tracking number should be located on your dispatch email. If you require something to be sent with a quicker service, drop me an email before placing an order and I'll do my best to cater to your requirements.

I am not responsible for any lost or items damaged during shipping. All items are suitably packaged to prevent any bends etc.

*From time to time, dispatch may take a day or two longer. I'm just a one-woman business and I work full-time as well as having a young daughter. Unfortunately sometimes situations may arise out of my control, but I will keep you updated if there are any issues.

No returns or refunds.

 

Commissions require a 50% deposit upfront, and the remainder upon completion.

You will only receive the physical/un-watermarked piece once full payment is received.
